Our Story
At The Outdoor Inc, we are passionate about the outdoors and helping people connect with nature. Our journey began in the Sierra Nevada seeking great places to explore that were kid friendly. Our passion grew and has developed into much more. As a child my parents worked a ton and our family didn't get to go on many outdoor adventures and experience places like Joshua Tree and Yosemite. I made a promise to myself to give my daughter an outdoor experience of a lifetime unlike I had, a lifestyle. We started with short hikes, visits to lakes, waterfalls, and historical sites. There are so many beautiful places to explore that are in most of your backyards and beg to be discovered by your eyes and soul.

While recently having foot pain on my sole I was stretching it to no avail. I had heard about long distance hikers using massage balls on their feet. I couldn't wait any longer due to what felt like bruising or maybe a strained tendon by the cuboid bone. I went to Scheels and let me tell you after a few days of self myo-fascial release The ball worked. I have had no foot pain in the past 2 weeks since my purchase.
The ball is a bit larger than a tennis ball with a firm level of about 8/10 and a felt touch. I purchased it for about $20.
